We offer five years warranty - one year complete, four years prorated. (calculate from the date of the delivery time)
You will get below service:
1) If you have any defective light within one year, we send free replacement parts, if the defective light need to be sent back to China, you will pay the freight.
a) You are sure which parts are damaged or defected
b) Give us enough data such as pictures, video etc to show us and our after sales service engineer confirms which parts are damaged
c)If you don’t know what’s the problem and our engineer can’t get the reason why this damage happened by your data
The customers need send the products back and our after sales service engineer will give you a reason
If caused by quality problem not by abnormal use or other reason we will fix for you without any fee
If caused by abnormal use or other reasons the customer should cover the shipping cost (from the customer to us and we send back) and maintaining cost
2) If you have any defective light over one year but within 5 years, we offer free replacement parts, customer pay the freight. when the defective light need to be sent back, customers pay the freight.
3) If damage by abnormal use, or personal damage such as using in dripping water place, wrong input voltage, break or smash by person.. This situation can’t enjoy the free service.

I mailet så svarade de såhär angående garanti:
"customers need to take some pictures of the broken lights and send them to us.
We will work out which parts are broken according to the pictures and the problems you told us.
Then the customers send back the broken parts .
And soon after we receive the old ones ,we will send the new light's parts to the customers.
Please rest assured that we can solve the problems very well by our mutual efforts."

Mer info än så har jag inte annat än att jag själv har upplevt dem som serviceinriktade och pålitliga i mina tidigare kontakter med dem. Vad det gäller reservdelar så gäller det nog egentligen mest andra typer av lampor som de säljer. De här 50W-växtlamporna har inte så värst många "delar" egentligen. Om någon skulle krångla så tror jag därför att det skulle vara en enkel sak för dem att felsöka en lampa på distans, om det nu skulle vara så att den krånglade på något sätt.
De två lampor som jag själv köpte i första vändan har fungerat perfekt. Om man vill kan man ju tänka som så att om man vill ha Svensk kundservice och garanti etc så kan man betala dubbla och få det, fast då kan man ju lika gärna köpa två lampor för samma pris.
