Others I have ordered from:
Magnoliastore - I think they ship to all the world. Very good graftings,
but sometimes I think (just my personal opinion) they cut the plants down
too much before shipping. But maybe that reduces costs, I don't know.
Eisenhut - very good grafts, often very small plants (if 0,5-1 year old).
Switzerland is not within the EU. So previously they needed
phytocertificates to all countries, so I guess they shipped to USA
as well on the same terms. As from this summer, Switzerland has
chosen to comply with EU-rules on phyto-area, so certificates are
no longer needed to EU. So I don't know if they still ship to the USA.
But it is surely worth a try!
McCracken Nursery: have ordered from there twice. Healthy plants, fast and
not expensive shipping. Though sometimes the plants are a bit "askew",
something that goes for magnoliastore as well. Good service. Ships to
the whole world, with certificates (at least used to). I got for instance
M. x brooklyensis Eva Maria and R20-1 from there.
Zwijnenburg Nursery (NL) - fast shipping, strong plants, not expensive. Don't know
if they'd ship outside EU. Ask. Got Big Dude cheaply from there.
Waasland Nursery (BE) - fast shipping, strong plant. Got "George Henry Kern from
them. Not sure about outside EU-shipping. Ask.
Esveld Nursery (NL) - fast shipping, decent prices. Sometimes plants may be
damaged on arrival, so their packing could be better. They have
a fantastic homepage with lots of photographs! Got "Nimbus" from
them, but the stem was cracked in the box, so it later died (in summer).
I think they ship to all the world.
Mark Bulk Nursery (NL) - fast shipping, fantastic packing, decent prices. Often very
strong and big plants. Outside EU, I don't know. Ask.
Junker's Nursery (GB) - = PMA Plant specialists. Good service, excellent packing.
Though expensive shipping. Very good plants too.
And here are 2 billion links :-)

Waasland and Zwijnenburg have no online catalogues that I know of,
but send them a mail to obtain a paper catalogue. They both, especially
Waasland, have VERY extensive range in magnolia - though it seems they
propagate only a limited number, so maybe it's best ordering a year in advance
for the more unusual jewels.
And not to forget, Mark Bulk has a truly WONDERFUL catalogue, well
worth the possible waiting to download it (it's 3,5 MB I think..).
If I am not mistaken, some people connected to some of these nurseries
are even here in this group? Are you here still?
A happy new year to you Randy! And everyone.

ps
Don't take my "ratings" above TOO seriously. I mean what I say, if
someone has a great catalogue, they do. But if I happen to omit someone
being "cheap" for instance, it does not necessarily mean they are very
expensive.
Though in my opinion, Magnoliastore has the cheapest (=inexpensive)
shipping.
Berätta gärna vilka sorter du vill ha så kan jag se om jag har beställt någon av dessa från utlandet.
