Jag mailade John Morbey och frågade hur de gör, här kommer hans svar:
The secret in getting so many blooms is stopping or pinching out each growing tip which produces more flowers - the more growing tips the more flowers. This also helps to shape the plants. The more you stop a plant which can vary say every 8-13 weeks depending on the variety. You grow the plants with a balanced feed which means all the numbers NPK on the back of each bottle of fertiliser is the same and for the last few weeks you change over to a hight potash fertiliser such as tomato feed where the NPK is higher in potash. This gives the plants a richer colour. N is nitrogen P is phosphates and K is kalium another word for potash. All feeding is at a quarter strength at every watering during spring and summer here in the UK..I hope this has been of some use to you.
