Min favoritbok med recept är "Mikaku, den japanska kokboken" av mor och dotter (Eiko Duke och Yukiko Duke), och knappt inga av recepten där är enkla eller snabba men de är så underbart goda.
Fast jag är lite japan-ofil tror jag
