In my talk, I said that the name 'Scotch Roses' is wrong - it should be 'Scots Roses'. The word 'Scotch' was used by the English in the 19th century (not by people in Scotland). Now the word 'Scotch' should only be used for whisky. People in Scotland do not like the word 'Scotch' - it should be 'Scots'.
